    Aaj ke fast-paced life me sabse badi problem hoti hai — time kam pad jana, kaam zyada ho jana, aur dimaag hamesha stressed rehna.

    Office work, family responsibilities, mobile notifications, social media — sab milkar hume mentally exhausted bana dete hain. Lekin achi baat ye hai ki thode smart time management habits apnane se aap:

    ✅ Zyada productive ban sakte ho
    ✅ Stress kam kar sakte ho
    ✅ Aur apni mental peace wapas paa sakte ho

    Chaliye simple aur practical hacks dekhte hain.

    🌱 1. Din ki Planning Raat Me Hi Kar Lo

    Sone se pehle agle din ka to-do list bana lo.
